Package shipping

The packages are sent within the margin of 1 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, with tracking number and delivery without signature. Whatever form of delivery you choose, you will receive information about the status of your order at all times.

Once the package is sent we send you an email notifying you. In Spain you will receive it in 24 / 48h. In other countries the delivery time will depend on the postal service of each country estimated from 15 to 30 days.

Orders placed after 10: 00h will be processed the next business day.

The wrong delivery information or lack of information such as phone number, will cause the retention of the order until the client provides us with the correct data. Please also fill in the fields of telephone and ID. The telephone is essential for the transport to contact you if it fails to deliver the package, and the DNI is necessary for shipments to areas exempt from VAT, since it has to be sent with the invoice.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. They do not include customs charges. The handling costs have a fixed price included in the price of the item, while the transport costs may vary according to the weight and total size of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

We are responsible for any damage that your package may suffer after shipment, we guarantee that your item will arrive in perfect condition, otherwise it will be replaced at no cost by you.

It is not a fragile item, but we pack it so that it can not be damaged.
